One. Function & Assemble Parts
1. It can produce ultra-thin 、silk thin and cotton core type protective-leakage sanitary napkin, fast-easy package.
2. PLC+touching screen+frequency regulator control system and adopt man-machine interface. Production speed and breakdown auto display on the screen.
3. Adopt five sets of auto splicing for tissue paper, non-woven fabric, P.E film and so on, and auto tension control.
4. Teeth-like crusher (with safety-protective gate and insulative cover) can crush treated or untreated pulp. Adopt five sets of rectifiers.
5. Protect-leakage and three-piece material is molding on the machine, hitting dot on short-cut guide-flow cloth.
6. As per request, it can be equipped with stacker.
7. Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft couplings and synchronous belt. Gear wheel box uses screwed gear wheel and uses the universal shaft, arrange phase without stopping machine.
8. The main cutting tool and conveyer belt uses international brands.
